Please call for updated information, including cost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-left\">Nutrition Services<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Do you want to work toward balanced nutrition to support your academics, mental health, energy level, or athletic performance? Do you have a medical condition that may benefit from a better understanding of what you eat? Are you busy or on a limited budget that makes planning healthy meals and snacks difficult?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our Registered Dietitian offers unlimited one-on-one nutrition consultations, taking into consideration cultural, financial, and nutritional needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To make an appointment with our Registered Dietitian, call 715-346-4646.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-left\">Forms<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A Release of Records Form must be completed to obtain a copy of your records.
