are Impact Fellowships structured?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Impact Fellowships are designed by the student and the sponsoring organization with input from the MBA Director, and where appropriate other MBA faculty or staff members. MBA internship work is typically project-based. You might think of MBA Impact fellows as consultants. Projects must deliver concrete value to an organization in a specified period of time. Projects are designed to help students develop and demonstrate applied leadership and decision-making skills while bringing talent to the sponsoring organization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To be approved each of the three projects must be focused on addressing one or more specific question, solving a problem, or addressing an opportunity. Duties and project descriptions must be documented and approved by an organization supervisor or sponsor as well as the MBA director.
