University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point Vaccination Information

Wisconsin State Statue

Requires that all college and university students living in residence halls receive information regarding Hepatitis B and Meningococcal disease, which includes information about vaccination.

As part of the UW-Stevens Point Housing Application, students are required to read the below information from the CDC about Hepatitis B and Meningococcal disease and acknowledge they have read the information.

Additionally, it is helpful if students voluntarily provide information regarding immunizations for these diseases. This information will be shared with the University of Wisconsin - Stevens Point Student Health Services at the beginning of your first academic term.
