Wisconsin’s annual aquaculture conference continues to be the largest aquaculture event in the upper Midwest, bringing in farmers, researchers, educators and vendors from across the Midwest. The conference is organized and hosted by the Wisconsin Aquaculture Association as well as the UWSP Northern Aquaculture Demonstration Facility and Wisconsin Sea Grant. Over the past several years, support has been provided by The Great Lakes Aquaculture Collaborative among many other sponsors and vendors. Topics have included fish health, processing, business resources, state to National level updates, individual species and system breakout discussions, farmer updates, farm tours and more.
