High school students (freshman through seniors) who think they might be interested in becoming a music teacher can join us for the day at UWSP in the Noel Fine Arts Center Thursday, November 20, 2025. This is a career exploration day for anyone who wants to see if music education is right for them and enjoy a day of fun on the UWSP campus. This is an all-day event, but students are welcome to attend for only part of the day if needed. Lunch will be provided on campus, they can attend a music education class, sit in on choir, band, or orchestra, and even stay for a fun event at the end of the day sponsored by our music fraternities and social groups. This event is free of charge and is also held on the same day that we will hold auditions for admission to the UWSP Department of Music.

ME Day Itinerary and Information

Parking available in Lot R, just south of the Noel Fine Arts Center, print a copy of the parking pass, leave it on your dashboard.

Registration outside NFAC 201 (Just up the big staircase in the main atrium)
