Library Information During COVID-19 (Spring 2021)

We continue to emphasize the use of our online services and resources during this time. Our Libaries' website is available for use anytime, anywhere.

The physical spaces of the UWSP Libraries are now open for use by current students, faculty, and staff (including emeriti) of UW-Stevens Point. Several precautionary measures have been put into place to facilitate safe use of our facilities.

  • Face coverings are required of all employees and visitors
  • Social distancing and good hygiene practices are expected
  • Marked entrances encourage one-way traffic flow and minimize interactions

  • Sanitizing stations distributed across facilities to allow users to clean spaces before and after use
  • The Libraries remain closed to the general public except for the Archives and Area Research Center ( and Government Document Access ( by appointment only.
