Pam oversees and provides strategic direction for HRAA. She provides strategic planning support to senior leadership. Pam is UW-Stevens Point's Affirmative Action Officer, ADA Officer, Title IX Coordinator - in these roles she manages complaints and the grievance investigation process.
Lisa is responsible for employee relations and organizational development. She supports guidance on personnel rules, policies, procedures, and compliance with employment laws and regulations. Lisa coordinates performance management for non-instructional staff, training and development, career development and provides institutional strategic support.
Lisa is also a trained Title IX Investigator for cases involving faculty and/or staff.
Susan provides front desk customer service and administration for HRAA.

Julie is responsible for benefits training and guidance, benefits administration, and retirement planning and guidance.
Lisa is responsible for administering the payroll and leave accounting for all Faculty,
Academic Staff, Limited Employees (FASLI) and Graduate Assistants. She is also the campus contact person for unemployment compensation claims and International Tax compliance (Glacier). Lisa also acts as backup for University Staff Payroll, Student Payroll and Benefits Administration.
Tina is responsible for overseeing the University Staff (including temporary employees) payroll and leave.Tina acts as backup for student and FASLI payroll and assists with benefits administration during peak periods.
Jake is responsible for the Student Payroll; collecting, checking and processing student payroll referrals, wage and account changes and student payroll timecards. If you have student payroll questions, he is the person to ask. Jake also updates the student supervisor email distribution list.
Colleen is responsible for supporting
Academic Staff, Faculty, Limited Employees and Graduate Assistants payroll.
