Harassment and Discrimination Prevention Training:

The University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point (UWSP) is committed to fostering an environment that is safe, respectful, and inclusive to all and to educate all employees on these important issues. In addition, we are obligated, under Regent policy and federal regulations, to ensure our employees are informed on the issues of unlawful discrimination, harassment, and sexual violence.

All employees of UWSP are required to take workplace harassment and discrimination prevention training upon hire and thereafter every three years as a refresher.

UW-Stevens Point has moved to a standardized process for course delivery, compliance monitoring, and employee support for mandated training. Harassment, discrimination, sexual violence, and retaliation prevention training is assigned via UW Shared Services.
