As someone who has grown up in Wisconsin my whole life, I am happy to say that I was able to find my place in Stevens Point. I grew up in the Fox Valley Area but spent much of my childhood in nature in northern Wisconsin, so I have an appreciation for both. I am an avid animal lover and spend time playing games when I can. I <\/span>definitely love<\/span> to shop, but I also like a nice relaxing day at home.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Piece of advice:<\/strong>\u00a0Go to your classes with a sense of curiosity, I promise you will enjoy every semester!
\nWhat she wanted to be growing up:<\/strong> While growing up I absolutely loved HGTV (and I still do), so for many years, I wanted to be an interior designer.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span>
\nWhat she enjoys about UWSP: <\/strong>Something I always enjoyed as a student and still do is the feeling I have when walking around campus. Being able to walk anywhere on campus and feel calm and happy is something I am grateful for.<\/span><\/span>
\nFavorite place on campus and why:<\/strong> A place on campus I have always seemed to gravitate to is the Dreyfus University Center (DUC). With areas you can tuck away and do homework in, or a place filled with hustle and bustle, no matter my mood I always can find a place to be in the DUC.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
