Marta is the strategic enrollment manager at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, where she has made impactful contributions since joining in 2019 as the adult recruitment coordinator. With a robust background serving multiple UW College two-year campuses while working at UWSP at Marshfield, Marta brings a wealth of experience in recruitment, academic advising, retention and student leadership.<\/p>\n
In her current role, she leverages data analysis to enhance marketing and enrollment strategies, demonstrating her strategic thinking and ability to drive results. A lifelong learner, Marta values information gathering and is passionate about sharing her insights with others to foster collaborative growth.<\/p>\n
Marta’s research interests began during her undergraduate studies at UW-Eau Claire, where she worked in a Social Psychology Lab focusing on critical issues such as stereotyping, prejudice, discrimination and mating. Her interest in these topics is reflected in her co-authorship of a published article titled “Perceptions of Threats to Physical Safety, Sexual Autonomy, Values, and Discrimination Drive LGB Prejudices Toward Heterosexuals.\u201d<\/p>\n
