BIO<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Professor Odogba has extensive experience in urban planning in Nigeria, South Carolina and Kentucky. His Ph.D. dissertation was on “Government Restructuring: An Appraisal of the Economic Impacts of City-County Consolidation.”<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

On campus, Professor Odogba serves on the advisory board for the Center for the Small City<\/strong><\/a>.\u00a0 He is also involved in the University Personnel Development Committee. Professor Odogba is presently a commissioner for the City of Stevens Point’s Board of Zoning Appeals.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
