Bio
A business consultant, entrepreneur, and educator dedicated to advancing entrepreneurship and small business success. Andi Gretzinger serves as a Business Consultant with the Wisconsin Small Business Development Center at UW-Stevens Point, providing guidance in business planning, marketing strategy, financial management, operational growth, and resource navigation for startups and established businesses alike. Drawing on her experience as both a consultant and business owner, Andi has worked with entrepreneurs locally and across the country to identify opportunities, overcome challenges, and achieve sustainable growth. She has presented at regional and local leadership and entrepreneurial events, partnered with economic development organizations, lenders, chambers, and community stakeholders, and contributed to initiatives that strengthen Wisconsin’s entrepreneurial ecosystem. With a background in education and business ownership, Andi is passionate about connecting individuals to the resources, knowledge, and partnerships needed to succeed.

What is your best advice?
If there’s one thing I’ve learned as an entrepreneur, educator, and consultant, it’s that success starts from within. Your mindset, health, relationships, and personal growth directly impact your business. You don’t have to accomplish everything today. Steward the season you’re in, keep showing up, and trust that consistent progress compounds over time.

A Chiropractor!
