Marshall has a food service management degree, in addition to plenty of on-the-job training. He has worked with universities, private clubs, corporate dining, hotels and other project development.
In his spare time, he is involved with many non-profit organizations, working on developing, supplying, and supervising events for fundraising. He and his family enjoy the outdoors as well as playing sports and horse-related activities.
