Becky graduated UWSP in May of 2009 with a degree in Dietetics. She has worked in the food industry for the past 9 years. Before joining UDS in October of 2011, she managed the Bistro at Adventure 212 and was the food service supervisor at Wausau's Aspirus Hospital. She held other food service jobs ranging from restaurant kitchens to school food service to clinical food service and everything in between. She enjoys food, the food service industry, and its fast-paced environment and the ever-changing dynamic.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her son Tucker, her husband Derek, and her dog Hunter. They are an outdoorsy family and enjoy kayaking, snowshoeing, hiking, running, hunting, and boating. When she is not chasing after her son, she loves to read, cook, try new things and play the piano.
