Angel served as the District Chef of Central Regions with Chartwells. He worked with catering and the professional training camps of the Kansas City Chiefs, Minnesota Vikings and the New Orleans Saints.
Prior to moving to Wisconsin, Angel worked in Tuscon, Arizona as a Food & Beverage Manager at the Sheraton Rio Rico Resort, Sheraton Conquistador and Golf and Country Club.
In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and children, small game hunting, deer hunting, fishing, golfing, playing Racquet ball and playing soccer.
