Common Ground

 Beginning Fall 2018


DUC Food Court

Located in the Dreyfus University Center

Monday - Friday: 7 a.m. - 7 p.m.

Saturday - Sunday: Brunch 9:30 a.m. - 1 p.m. 

                             Dinner 4:30 p.m. - 7 p.m.


The DUC Food Court will be open 7a.m.7p.m. weekdays. There will be various breakfast, lunch, and dinner offerings during those times with grab and go available all day. There will be a rotation of stations available throughout the day for made-for-you food options.

Lower @ Allen

Located in Lower Level of the Allen Center

Monday - Friday: 7:30 a.m. - 9 p.m.

Saturday - Sunday: 1 p.m. - 9 p.m.


As the name suggest, Lower @ Allen will be very similar to the current Lower DeBot location with a convenience store, deli station, and hot sandwiches. Located in the Allen Center on the residential side of campus.




Homegrown Cafe

Located in the Dreyfus University Center

Monday - Thursday: 7:30 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Friday: 7:30 a.m. - 2 p.m.

Saturday - Sunday: 9:30 a.m. - 1 p.m.


The Homegrown Café will continue to be a specialty coffee shop with a variety of hot and cold beverages, baked goods, and grab and go foods like FujiSan Sushi.

Food for Thought Cafe

Located on 1st floor of Albertson Hall

Monday - Thursday: 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.

Friday: 8 a.m. - 2 p.m.


The Food for Thought Café will feature the bagel bar option as well as hot soups and cold sandwiches. Also features a wide variety of snacks, cookies, and baked goods. 

Common Ground Cafe

Located in the NEW Chemistry Biology Building

Monday - Thursday: 7:30 a.m. - 7:30 p.m.

Friday: 7:30 a.m. - 2 p.m.


Our new Common Ground Cafe will feature specialty coffee and smoothie selections. This location is great for students on the go. 


The DeBot Dining Center is currently under renovation. The Upper and Lower levels are closed for the 2018-2019 academic year.
