We will clarify professional boundaries, scope considerations, and the ethical responsibilities of helping professionals when burnout is present.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Drawing from evidence, lived experience, and practical tools, Ellen Kocher, MA, ICF MCC, NBC-HWC, will guide participants through reflection, self-assessment, and applied strategies to promote sustainable well-being and performance in high-demand environments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Participants will leave with language, tools, and clarity to engage confidently and responsibly when burnout has become part of the professional
