This training is designed to ensure university employees&nbsp;understand how to safely operate these vehicles, minimize risks, and comply with university policies and state regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Who Should Take This Training?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This training is mandatory for all university employees (25 years old and older)&nbsp;who are responsible for transporting students, faculty, or equipment using a 15-passenger van.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Training Structure<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Training will consist of 100 minutes of in classroom instruction followed by a written test in the morning (9 &#8211; 10:40 am). Once the test is passed you will be required to have one hour of driving a 15-passenger vehicle with the instructor before receiving a certificate.\u200b Be prepared to select the&nbsp;one-hour afternoon drive time during registration (noon-4 pm).\u200b<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Key Topics Covered<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1. No refunds will be given with less than seven (7) days notice. Programs that involve pre-ordering of materials and\/or travel will not qualify for a refund unless your space can be filled from a waiting list. We reserve the right to cancel a course due to low enrollment, severe weather, or instructor illness. A full refund will be issued under these circumstances.
