What is this program About?
Discover the keys to making management easier and more rewarding by understanding your role as a supervisor. Gain practical skills needed to be an effective manager. This is a five session certificate program. All five sessions must be taken to receive a Certificate of Completion. Sessions are schedule once a month on a Friday from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Materials and lunch are included in the cost.

Dr. Angie Servi is a leadership development consultant, educator, and facilitator with more than 20 years of experience helping individuals, teams, and organizations grow. She earned her Doctorate in Higher Education Leadership from Edgewood College, a Master of Arts in Teaching from Austin Peay State University, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin–Green Bay. Angie serves as an Associate Lecturer in the Sentry School of Business, where she teaches courses in organizational behavior, management, training and development, and business ethics. She also partners with organizations across Wisconsin to design and deliver engaging leadership programs focused on emotional intelligence, communication, conflict and change management, and building high-performing teams. Angie is passionate about creating practical, hands-on learning experiences that help leaders strengthen relationships, navigate challenges, and create positive workplace cultures. She also serves as President of the Board of Education for the School District of Athens.
Tim McKeough, MBA has a passion for success and getting people and businesses to have more of it! He brings a unique perspective to all he does blending his high energy, knowledge, and love of seeing success to everyone he meets. Tim has spent over 20 years in executive level leadership positions in operations, business development and sales. He brings a breadth of knowledge and experience in operations, executive relationships, business development, system implementations, strategic planning, and organizational development in service to his clients. Q up Success was founded by Tim as the vehicle to share his passion and wealth of knowledge on how to help businesses and individuals realize the successes they want and deserve. The Q up Success method focuses on unique workshops, classes, consulting, coaching sessions, and keynote presentations, blending Industry knowledge, leadership skills and relationship building to achieve personal and business success for all audiences. Tim is an expert at leadership development, team collaboration and facilitation, and aligning culture with organizational goals, teaching and consulting at academic institutions and organizations nation-wide.

The Continuing Education and Outreach office reserves the right to cancel a program due to low enrollment, instructor illness, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will receive a full refund.
Please provide an active email address that you regularly check when registering, so we can contact you if a program is cancelled or rescheduled.

Live Programs: Refunds will be granted if the Continuing Education and Outreach office is notified at least fourteen (14) days prior to the start of the program. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than fourteen (14) days before the programs start date.
Self-Paced Programs: Refunds will be granted if the Continuing Education and Outreach office is notified within five (5) days of purchase, provided the program materials have not been accessed.
Registration is complete only after full payment has been received. Program fees must be paid prior to the start of the event unless otherwise noted.
