Simplify Your Life: For Women Who Do It All

Pause. Plan. Breathe. Create a life that actually fits.

September 9, 2026, 9 – 11 a.m. | Virtual via Zoom

If your life feels like a constant balancing act—career demands, family responsibilities, community commitments, and everything in between—you are not alone. Many high-achieving women find themselves moving fast, holding everything together, and still feeling like there’s never enough time, space, or clarity.

The Microseason Method® for Women Who Do It All is designed to change that.

This workshop introduces a practical and refreshing way to step out of overwhelm and into intentional living using the Microseason Method®—a simple, powerful approach to mapping your priorities in intentional “seasons” so you can focus on what matters most, without trying to do everything at once.
Instead of chasing perfect balance, you’ll learn how to create rhythm, structure, and breathing room in your real life.

Over the course, you’ll build a 3-month Microseason Plan that helps you:

  • Pause the constant mental juggling and decision fatigue
  • Reclaim a sense of freedom in how you structure your time and energy
  • Create more peace in your day-to-day life
  • Gain clarity on what truly matters right now (and what can wait)
  • Break life into manageable “buckets” of focus instead of endless to-do lists
  • Move forward with intention instead of reacting to everything around you

This is not about doing more—it’s about doing what matters with more ease and less guilt.

This course is designed for professional, working, and high-capacity women who are:

  • Managing multiple roles (career, home, caregiving, leadership, community)
  • Feeling stretched thin or constantly “on”
  • Craving more structure without rigidity
  • Ready for a more sustainable, intentional way to live and lead

  • A guided Microseason Method® planning framework
  • Step-by-step tools to build your own 3-month intentional plan
  • Reflection exercises to help you identify priorities and release overwhelm
  • Group learning and discussion
  • Real-world application so you leave with a plan you can actually use

Bonus Add-On: 1-hour leadership coaching session to deepen your clarity, confidence, and next-step action. You may purchase up to three one-on-one coaching sessions and must use them within 6 months of the purchase. This opportunity is a significantly discounted partnership created just for participants in the Simplify Your Life program.

Cost: $200/session

The Outcome

By the end of this experience, you won’t just have a plan—you’ll have a new way of approaching your life.

More clarity. More space. More intention.
And a realistic path forward that supports both your ambition and your wellbeing.

Supporting women leaders in attending this two-hour workshop is an investment in sustained performance—not time away from work. When high-performing employees are overwhelmed by competing priorities, organizations often experience reduced focus, slower decision-making, increased stress, and eventually burnout or turnover. The Microseason Method® equips participants with practical tools to prioritize strategically, manage competing responsibilities more effectively, and make intentional decisions about where to invest their time and energy. Employees return with a personalized 90-day action plan that helps them work with greater clarity, improve productivity, strengthen resilience, and lead with renewed focus. A two-hour investment can yield months of improved engagement, better decision-making, and a more energized leader who is better equipped to contribute to your organization’s success.

Workshop Fee: $79

Optional – Up to three one-on-one hour-long coaching sessions: $200/session
