Entrepreneurial Training Program

Business Plan Series

Program Details

Entrepreneurial Training Program (ETP) is offered by the Wisconsin Small Business Development Center at the University of Wisconsin Stevens Point is a 9 week course that provides an easy to follow, step by step process that shows your for-profit business how to:

  • Answer the question – "Will people buy my product or service?"
  • Appeal to more customers
  • Develop a lender-ready business plan
  • Use time, money, and resources wisely

Through instruction, guest speakers, and counseling, the course serves those who are considering starting a business, owners of existing businesses struggling to get a handle on all the details, and those with successful companies they want to grow.

Past Participant Program Review

"Jeff was a wonderful instructor who is able to share invaluable knowledge and experience in business. The course materials were useful in learning more about how to develop a successful business plan. There were a lot of great guest speakers that provided necessary resources and the opportunity to network. Mark was a great counselor to assist with applying the tools to my own business plan." ~ M.B. of Stevens Point (Fall 2018 Participant)
