Renard's Cheese is a family-owned company that has been making gourmet hand-crafted cheese singe 1961. They produce over 3,000,000 pounds of cheese every year and offer more than 50 different flavors of specialty cheeses.
Tour the factory to get an inside look on how Wisconsin's favorite snack is made all while sampling Renard's delicious cheese!
With help from Von Stiehl Winery, Harbor Ridge went from a small coffee shop to a winery in 2010. Since then, Harbor Ridge has won 31 awards for their unique wines.
Tours will include a brief history of Harber Ridge, samples of the wineries four best sellers and a dessert wine paired with cheese and chocolate!
Established in 2008, Casey's BBQ & Smokehouse puts a Door County twist on Southern style BBQ.
Using Cherry wood in a Southern Pride Smoker, the meat takes on a delicious light smoke flavor. The restuarant also offers fish fry, burgers, and other mouth-watering food.
Open since July 2018, Hatch Distilling uses local Door County organic grains and honey to craft their spirits.
Visitors will learn about locally sourced products, where they are grown, and how the Hatch Distilling Co. uses local ingredients in their products.
Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, Von Stiehl Winery annually produces over 80,000 gallons of wine.
Tours include exploring the underground cellars, a lesson in wine-making, viewing the bottling line, and sampling Von Stiehl's very own fine wines.
