Details

In this two-hour, interactive Zoom workshop, you will learn to view every message you write--from an email request to an 100-page business proposal--as a crafted, strategic tool shaped by who you are writing to, what you are trying to accomplish, and what social and cultural environment you are writing out of and into. You will practice this case-by-case approach and receive real-time feedback from a business writing scholar on the impactful business writing skill of situational analysis, audience-centeredness/empathy, writing and revising for brevity and formatting for "skimmability".
