Registration fees include: materials, breakfast, breaks and lunch each day. Dinner is not provided.

Additional lodging may be available at the Ramada Wisconsin Dells (608-254-2218), the Holiday Inn Express (608-253-3000), Motel 6 (608-355-0700) and the Wintergreen Resort (608-254-2285).

This event has been approved for a total of 9.5 entry-level CECHs sponsored by Marshfield Clinic Health System - Center for Community Outreach, a designated provider of continuing education contact hours (CECH) in health education by the National Commission for Health Credentialing, Inc.

Refunds and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be made in writing to uwspce-conf@uwsp.edu. Full refunds will be granted until May 21, 2017. After May 31, 2017, a $25 cancellation fee will apply. No refunds will be given after June 7, 2017. Substitutions can be made at any time. No-shows will be responsible for the full conference fee.
