Healthcare reform continues to transform business strategy today. Solving challenges for tomorrow cannot use the same level of thinking from the days of yesterday. National reformative efforts are motivating a change in culture. These changes aim to improve alignment between fixed resources and to deliver increased value. Decisive owners, who lead by engaging clinical models of care (form), should be the principle driver for design (function). This presentation will focus on changes in philosophy to minimize risk, effectively plan for the future and have greater operational success.
