This discussion of recent sport data collected with NCAA DIII athletes will explore recovery from training in individual sport athletes, including various track and field events, various swimming, events, and powerlifting. Simple and free monitoring suggestions will be provided.Matt Andre is an assistant professor of exercise and sport science at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. He received bachelor's and master's degrees from George Mason University and his doctorate degree in exercise physiology from the University of Kansas. His life is dedicated to his family, his students, and to the pursuit of never-ending improvement in all aspects of human performance.
