In this session we will take cleaned-up NFL play-by-play data and apply functions from essential R packages, create diagnostic plots using ggplot2, and develop and test a basic win-probability model. 

Luke Stanke is an advanced analytics solution architect with Slalom Consulting, a technology and professional services consulting company in Minneapolis. Luke has expertise in a number of technologies, including R and AWS. He has more than a decade of experience working with sports data, ranging from player-level data to ticket analytics.
