Fall 2020 COVID-19 Classroom Technology Resources

The information below outlines the College of Letters and Science's plan to address COVID-19 related instructional technology needs as they stand today. These plans are still a work in progress and will change. As new information becomes available, we will update this page.

We are currently in the planning and ordering phase. Once planning is complete, we hope to provide more detailed information and usage guides.

Some cautions:
  • Until the hardware arrives, we can’t guarantee much but we are being cautiously optimistic. With high demand world-wide for anything related to web-conferencing and online teaching, we’re not yet certain how much equipment we will receive before the start of the fall semester.
  • We will do what we can to help with non-standard requests, but we will not be able to accommodate all needs. Our resources are limited. Even pulling off the plan below for fall will be a challenge and has already required placing other major projects on hold.
  • We do not yet have final plans for specific classrooms. Plans for specific classrooms will depend on which classrooms will be used during the fall semester and what equipment we receive prior to the fall semester.
If you have questions that are not below or have technology needs that you don't feel are covered by this plan, please reach out to the College Support Team Member for your area.
