Elizabeth Fakazis teaches undergraduate classes in journalism, food & travel writing, creative nonfiction, storytelling across media, digital photography, media & society, and a graduate seminar in communication and culture. She serves as the advisor to UWSP’s student newspaper The Pointer and the Pointer Online. She also leads a three-week study abroad trip, The Food & Wines of Greece, each spring. This class is open to anyone interested in learning about Greek culinary practices and traditions.
