Exhibitor Tables & Sponsorship Information

The Lakes Convention and WAV Symposium offers a great opportunity to meet people who are passionate about lakes and want to learn MORE: more about aquatic plants, natural shorelines, invasives species, and anything else to do with our wonderful watery gems! Consider sharing your expertise, experiences, and resources by staffing an exhibitor table at the Convention. Opportunities for both businesses and non-profit organizations are available - see below for more details! Interested in increasing your organization's name recognition and supporting the Convention? Learn how you can sponsor a networking event below!

Business Exhibitor Tables

The Lakes Convention and WAV Symposium is action-oriented and focuses on helping people get things done in their lake community, which includes meeting and selecting businesses that can help them achieve their lake management goals. Participating in the Lakes Convention/WAV Symposium is the best place for businesses that provide lake-related products and services to connect with waterfront property owners, local decision-makers, lake organization leaders, state and local agency personnel and others involved in lake matters. Exhibiting at the Convention is a great way to increase your company's name recognition and to make personal contact with potential customers. Lake enthusiasts and business representatives alike find the Convention to be a fun opportunity to meet new people, greet old friends, build relationships, and network. When you register to exhibit at the Lakes Convention, you also have access to all of the sessions offered, so take advantage of this great learning opportunity!

The deadline for all exhibitor and sponsor information (company description, logo, and contact information) to be included in the Business Partners Guide is April 1, 2019

Please note: Reserving an exhibitor table does NOT register you for the Lakes Convention. Every person who attends the Convention needs to register.

Non-profit Exhibitor Tables

Does your organization have an exciting project or any educational resources to share? Display tables for educational purposes are available for $30 to showcase your success stories and helpful resources among other lake enthusiasts and conservation leaders. The Convention program is shaped to provide ample networking time in an engaging atmosphere.
