The Department of Computing and New Media Technologies mission is to prepare students for rewarding professional careers in application development, infrastructure and networking, and human-technology interaction. We accomplish this by providing students with engaging, hands-on work experiences, and by laying a foundation for life-long learning and development.
Vision
Our vision is to promote excellence in teaching, leverage our top-quality research, and service to local industry as a means to being recognized as the pre-eminent leader for computing and new media technology in the University of Wisconsin System.
