Minimum Care:  HRG-UCLCC allows a minimum enrollment of two (2) half days or two (2) full days per week for non-students.  *Special considerations made on a case-by-case basis outside the minimum care requirement, please speak with administration regarding this.

UWSP Student-Parent ONLY Pick up Window: Students have a 15 minute “grace” window after their scheduled pick-up time to get to the center.  This does not apply after the 5:30 closing time of the center.  Be sure to schedule an appropriate time for drop off and transitioning into the center with and for your child.  If you have questions about how to make the morning transitions go smoothly for both you and your child, our staff has lots of experience and we’re happy to help.

Pre-4K Program:  The Pre-4K program operates Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday afternoons weekly from 12:30-3:30pm.  Children must be 4 years old to participate in this program and be potty trained.  The cost is $100.00/week.  The Pre-4K program runs from Labor Day to Memorial Day.  More information on the program can be found under the “Programs” tab and the “Preschool” tab.  The program is based on space availability in coordination with our 4K wrap.

4K Program, Wrap Around Care & Education:

The 4-K Program operates Monday through Thursday for an AM Session timeframe determined by the School District of 3 hours and 10 minutes (8:35am-11:45am for 2026-2027 school year).

Wrap Around Care & Education: This is care and education either occurring before and/or after 4k or Fridays that is contracted for outside 4K times.  At minimum, HRG-UCLCC allows enrollment of two (2) half days or two (2) full days sessions per week for non-student parents.  Children who stay for wrap around care and education benefit from an enhanced sense of predictability with fewer transitions, excellent educational enhancement, and more in-depth learning.  All care before and after the immediate start and end time of 4K is considered wrap around hours and used in determining a half or full day rate.  We are happy to talk with you further about these options.

*Hourly Rate is available around 4K program for UWSP Student Parents, daily rate:

We provide an additional hour of care before and/or directly after 4K on a contracted basis.
Per hour: $20 rate
