Marshfield

New and transfer students attending UWSP at Marshfield:

You will be able to submit your photo for your PointCard once you've activated your student account and registered for an online STAR orientation session. Follow our PointCard Photo Upload Instructions.

You'll be able to pick up your PointCard when you come to campus in the fall from your campus library.

If you do not attend a STAR orientation you will need to scroll down to get the instructions for obtaining your PointCard.

How Marshfield & Wausau students can get their PointCard

Students will receive information about getting their PointCards during the STAR session. PointCards will be handed out on campus at your campus library. 


New Students that did not attend a STAR session must do the following AFTER you are registered for classes:

1) Email the PointCard Office (pco@uwsp.edu) from your UWSP student email account and request that a card be made. Please include your student ID# and indicate which campus you attend. Your initial card is made at no charge. 

2) Follow the instructions on the Photo Upload page. You cannot do this until the day after you have registered for classes and your account is activated.

3) Your card will be sent to your campus library. It can take up to a week to arrive. Be sure to bring a government issued picture ID when you stop in to pick up your PointCard.


PointCard Replacements - if you need to replace a lost or stolen card:

You can visit the PointCard Office on the UWSP main campus to accomplish this, or

1) If you would like a new picture, follow the instructions on the Photo Upload page. Otherwise your old picture will be used.

2) Email the PointCard Office (pco@uwsp.edu) from your UWSP student email account and request that a new card be made. Please include your student ID# and indicate which campus you attend. A $20 replacement fee will be charges to your student bill.

3) Your card will be sent to your campus library. It can take up to a week to arrive. Be sure to bring a government issued picture ID when you stop in to pick up your PointCard.


*If a card is not working due to normal wear and tear, or a legal name change is made with the Registrar's office, a new card can be obtained at no charge provided that the old card is turned in to the PointCard Office at the time of making the new card. Either visit our office on the UWSP main campus or mail the old card and a note explaining your situation to:
