A UWSP senior majoring in Natural Resource Management-Land Use Planning with a minor in both Environmental and Peace Studies.

Why I Teach Group Fitness:

After learning and practicing yoga for about 6 years, the opportunity and challenge to try leading my own yoga sessions enticed me. I was motivated by my desire to share yoga with others and wanted some experience teaching and leading a group of people while also doing something that provided me stress relief and pleasure. Though yoga is something I am focusing on right now, I am very interested in expanding my horizons by incorporating tai chi, Pilates or other alternative forms of fitness into my practices.

Group Fitness offers fun, safe and appropriately challenging classes for all experience levels. With more than 25 classes per week, there is a class for every interest!  Choose from Yoga, Zumba®, Insanity®, Cycling, Abs, and many more. Trained UW-Stevens Point students teach all Group Fitness classes making it a fun and inclusive environment.
