Join our free Group Fitness classes.
Group Fitness offers fun, safe and appropriately challenging classes for all experience levels. With more than 25 classes per week, there is a class for every interest! Choose from Yoga, Zumba®, Insanity®, Cycling, Abs, and many more. Trained UW-Stevens Point students teach all Group Fitness classes making it a fun and inclusive environment.

Monday-Thursday: 5:45 a.m. - 11 p.m.
Friday: 5:45 a.m. - 10 p.m.
Saturday: 8 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Sunday: 10 a.m. - 10 p.m.
Monday. September 4: Noon - 9 p.m.
