Monday-Thursday: 5:45 a.m. - 11 p.m.​

Why I Teach Group Fitness:

Since I was little, I've always had a passion for dance, and Zumba is my way of keeping that passion alive! I've been participating in Zumba classes since I was in middle school and am so fortunate to be able to lead Zumba classes here at UWSP.

​Join our free Group Fitness classes.

Group Fitness offers fun, safe and appropriately challenging classes for all experience levels. With more than 25 classes per week, there is a class for every interest!  Choose from Yoga, Zumba®, Insanity®, Cycling, Abs, and many more. Trained UW-Stevens Point students teach all Group Fitness classes making it a fun and inclusive environment.
