CARDIO/CYCLING CLASSES:
Cycle Strength (45 minutes)
An excellent lower-body and cardiovascular workout using a self-selected amount of resistance. This workout will take you through various movements; hill climbs, flat roads, and sprints that mimic an outdoor ride. 
Party Cycle (45 minutes)

Party cycle is a fun, energetic cycling class that will light up your heart rate! This class incorporates fun party lights that are synchronized to the music to provide you with a great workout experience!

 

STRENGTH CLASSES:
Total Body Blast (45 minutes)
This class is a variety of total body conditioning that involves both strength and cardio exercise. Designed to change each week to target all major muscles groups in a variety of ways. It is suited for all fitness levels as you determine how hard you want to push! Get your day started right!
CORE (30 minutes)

An enthusiastic and fast-paced class that offers all the movements of a core class, while also integrating interval training. We'll get your body moving and heart pumping!

 

SPECIALTY CLASSES:
Vinyasa Yoga (45 minutes)
Vinyasa is a style of yoga that involves a flowing sequence of movements, focusing on proper breathing techniques. This class aims to restore the body by working to increase flexibility, balance, strength, and positive energy. Suited for everyone from beginners to advanced yogis!
Restorative Yoga (60 minutes)
This slow vinyasa flow class will focus on lengthening and strengthening your whole body by holding poses for longer periods of time. Prepare yourself for deep relaxation when you take this class!
