Help for students is available from the Instructure Help Desk. You can access the Canvas Help Desk any time from within the help menu in Canvas through email, chat, or phone call.

The Canvas help desk resolves 95% of cases within 5 minutes when submitted via the chat option. Any cases they can’t resolve get forwarded to the UWSP Canvas team.

Students can find Help Desk resources within the “Help” menu in Canvas, located at the bottom of the purple sidebar menu on the left side of Canvas.
