Recruiting on Campus
For information on job/career fairs, please view our
list of UWSP sponsored and co-sponsored events on our homepage.
Our campus operates on a semester schedule with classes graduating in May, August and December.
Interview schedules may be preselected or open (first-come, first-serve sign-up.) This will also give you the ability to prescreen resumes (if you request this) and monitor interview sign-up. Allow at least 2-3 weeks prior to an on-campus interview visit to permit time for publicity and scheduling.
If you wish to preselect your schedule, additional lead-time is needed. Schedules are flexible to meet your needs and make the most productive use of your time. Appointments can begin as early as 8 a.m. and extend up to 5 p.m.
If you prefer to handle scheduling of your own interview appointments, make arrangements through us to reserve a room before contacting applicants. Once you have finalized the schedule we ask that you
email us the details prior to your interview date.

Information Tables and/or Sessions
Campus facilities include meeting rooms and classrooms of varying size which we can reserve for your information session or reception. Several venues are available to set up an information table in high traffic areas on campus. Typically allow a minimum of two weeks prior to your planned visit, for us to reserve the space and promote your visit. Contact
email ACAC, at 715-346-3226 to discuss your request.
