The animated characters and the attractive backdrops of this full dome entertainment show will keep audiences captivated. With <b><i>Moles<\/i><\/b>, children will learn basic concepts about science while having a great time.<\/p>\n<p>The story revolves around Plato, who lives with his parents deep underground, in a dark burrow full of mystery and surprises. He is a restless, curious and thoughtful creature \u2014 fascinated by the light that penetrates the entrance to his home. Sometimes it is lit; sometimes it is dark. Why could that be? Plato desperately wants to see what is out there in the world above. One day he finally gets to see it all! Plato discovers day and night, the Sun and Moon, and the stars!<\/p>\n<p>Our shows are open to the public in the\u00a0<strong>Allen F. Blocher Planetarium<\/strong>.\u00a0The planetarium is located on the second floor of the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/maps\/place\/2001+4th+Ave,+Stevens+Point,+WI+54481\/@44.5281883,-89.5752272,16z\/data=!4m5!3m4!1s0x88005aeaffe5cf27:0xcb286f85dce7430b!8m2!3d44.5281845!4d-89.5708498?hl=en\">Science Building<\/a>, by the Foucault pendulum, right above the east main entrance. Direct access is obtained through the east entrance.<\/p>\n<p><strong>*Recommended for School Audiences\/Families.\u00a0<\/strong>Begins with a 3:00 p.m. book reading in Room A201, next to the Planetarium.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sunday Story Time at 3:00 pm, Planetarium Show 3:40 pm -4:10 pm<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Admission<\/h2>\n<p>There is no charge for our public programs, although donations of $1-$2 per attendee will be greatly appreciated to allow us to continue these public programs for our community.<\/p>\n<h2>Parking<\/h2>\n<p>Parking is\u00a0free on campus\u00a0for our guests\u00a0only on\u00a0Saturdays\u00a0and Sundays.\u00a0From Monday-Friday, the UWSP parking lots are\u00a0enforced 2 am \u2013 7 pm.
