SUMMARY:Symphonic Wind Ensemble NEAR AND FAR
DESCRIPTION:Join the UWSP Bands for their final exciting\, uplifting concerts of the year under the leadership of John Lynch\, Director of Bands! The Wind Symphony performs at 7:30 on Thursday\, April 25th and the Symphonic Wind Ensemble performs on Wednesday\, May 1 at 7:30 featuring oboe soloist Stacey Berk\, both in Michelsen Hall. The Wind Symphony concert entitled “Tall Tales” presents visually evocative works of fantastical tales such as Lord of The Rings and The Firebird.
