SUMMARY:UWSP Fall Cello Day
DESCRIPTION:Participants will be able to take part in the cello ensemble and masterclasses take place in part of the day.\nMasterclasses will be conducted by Mindy Park\, Lawrence Leviton and Janet Anthony.\nOpen to: Cellists grade 7 and up\, including university students and adults\n(At least Suzuki book 3 and able to read music)\nParticipants will get music ahead of time and will need to list\ntheir preferred email address to receive music in the registration link. \nRegistration is $20* and include lunch. All participants will perform in a cello ensemble and concert. \nDeadline is October 15\, 2022 \n\nRegistration Form\nThere is also limited scholarships available to waive the registration fee. \nChecks must be made payable to UWSP Music Cello Day\, and the address is listed in the registration link. \n*The registration fee includes a 50% donation to BLUME Haiti and operations costs. \nQuestions can be sent to\nDr. Mindy Park – Mindy.Park@uwsp.edu\nAssistant Professor of Cello \nThe UWSP Fall Cello Day Concert will be at 5 p.m. Sunday\, November 6\, 2022 in UWSP Michelsen Hall. Hosted by the UWSP Music Department\, we will be celebrating the 10th anniversary of the BLUME Haiti organization (https://www.blumehaiti.org ). Goodwill donations will be accepted at the concert for the UWSP Cello Day Fund and Blume Haiti.
