Carlsten Symposium Series > “Seven Centers of Existence”
A movement study of meditation which respectfully embodies the sonic and visual experience of the Bijas Mantras of the Seven Chakras. This exploration is a community collaboration with 5 Koshas Yoga Studio that merges a vibrant visual expression of breath and movement as a meditative process.
