Kait's Purpose

"I chose to attend UW-Stevens Point to finish my bachelor's degree after receiving two associate degrees and a certificate. I knew my educational journey would take a few years, but I wanted to show my children the importance of education, and how hard work pays off.

I found I could be successful in the UW-Stevens Point botany program, because it would incorporate my field knowledge with laboratory work. At times I found it challenging to balance my course work with my other roles, but the faculty and staff supported me. The University is a great place for students who have a passion for learning and are looking to advance their careers."

UW-Stevens Point offers multiple degree options, flexible scheduling and resources to help you reach your academic
and career goals.
