Schedule Your Visit

Congratulations again on your acceptance to the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point! We are excited for you to take the next steps and join us for this exclusive event with other incoming students.

What is Admitted Student Day?

  • This day provides an opportunity for admitted students and guests to unite as a Pointer family and confirm their decision to call UW-Stevens Point HOME! Throughout this day, you will be able to work through your Admissions checklist, familiarize yourself with campus and connect with future classmates but most importantly…HAVE FUN.

  • A schedule and sign up link will be coming soon! Check back in Fall 2018.

Things to Know Before You Visit:

  • Participants will be among the first students to learn when sign-up for New Student Registration will be available. New Student Registration is held in June and will be required for all incoming first-year students.

  • This is an optional event available only for 2018 first-year students

  • Parking: All campus lots are open and free on Saturdays. You do not need to plug the meters in any lot on Saturdays. The lots are referenced on your map and driving directions below. Parking is encouraged in Lot R. A campus map can be found here.

  • Check-in is from 7:45-8:30 a.m. located in the Dreyfus University Center - 1015 Reserve St., Stevens Point, WI 54481. Early arrival is encouraged to allow for students to embrace the Pointer experience.
  • Looking to take care of business? There will be an opportunity in the afternoon during where you will be able to pay your enrollment deposit, register for Regional Placement Testing, learn more about Living Learning Communities, Housing, and Academic and Career Advising Centers.

  • Brunch tickets will be available at check-in. Admissions will be covering the cost for both students and their guests. We only ask each of you to help us pay it forward by bringing a nonperishable food item to donate to the on campus food pantry, The Cupboard.
