- Alternatively, if you simply want the graduate certificate, you can apply as a graduate special student by selecting non-degree seeking student<\/a> on the UW System application. This will allow you to register for the appropriate courses without paying the application fee. You must possess a bachelor\u2019s degree to do so.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
