To extend our reach beyond the campuses, we have introduced the new Online &amp; Graduate Program Growth Initiative (Growth Initiative). \u200b\u200bThis initiative offers learning experiences that cater to evolving learner needs more efficiently and effectively. The Growth Initiative revolves around the following primary objectives:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Grow a varied portfolio of distance and continuing education programs that results in learner transformation, increased enrollment, maximized resources, and an optimized infrastructure for growth.<br>\u200b\u200b<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Serve post-traditional, place-bound, youth, and lifelong&nbsp;learners through credit and non-credit programs, workshops, and conferences.<br>\u200b<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop new academic programs in a coordinated manner and continually assess and improve them.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The Growth Initiative adopted a &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.uwsp.edu\/academic-affairs\/uwsp-new-program-accelerator\/\">New Program Accelerator\u200b<\/a>&#8221;&nbsp;approach encompassing four phases: Ideate, Cultivate\u200b, Activate, and Evaluate.&nbsp;For more details on our New P\u200brogram Accelerator, please visit the linked page in the left menu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To achieve these objectives, we are using a &#8220;matrix&#8221;&nbsp;team approach to develop and support Growth Initiative programs, processes, and policies.
