Issues surrounding local food on a university campus: explore knowledge, perceptions and practices of different key players who are involved with food system sustainability and local food availability.
Impact of EBT machines at farmer's markets: Social safety nets such as WIC, SNAP and Older Adult programs include allocations or coupons for farmer’s market purchases. An EBT machine at the market is necessary for participants of these programs to access their benefits. This research investigates the impact of EBT machines in two farmer's markets amongst SNAP participants.
Collaborative outreach to the Hispanic Community in a central Wisconsin county agency. Developing effective collaboration and outreach is necessary for programs to reach intended audiences. This research examines the factors that may support or impede outreach programs to the Hispanic community.
Assessment of Food Security Among College Students at a Midwest University: The purpose of this research surveys the extent of hunger within a college campus.
