The Wellness Challenge is about feeling your best. It's about doing activities that bring energy to your life. Developing and maintaining healthy lifestyle is important. By exploring all dimensions of life, you can gain new experiences and feel better while doing it. The challenge means you can earn a point by engaging in sponsored events and/or completing a wellness wheel activity each week throughout the challenge you earn chances to win prizes at the completion of the event the week of April 25. Drawings and toolkits delivered the week of May 1.
