Sexual harassment, which includes acts of sexual violence, is a form of sex discrimination prohibited by Title IX.

The University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point does not discriminate on the basis of sex in the employment, education programs or activities it operates.

UW-Stevens Point is dedicated to preventing violence before it happens and helping address the needs of sexual assault, dating violence, domestic violence, harassment and stalking survivors after it happens.
