President Barack Obama's Wisconsin stop to La Crosse Thursday, came on the very day Governor Scott Walker's aides revealed the day he'll officially announce he's running for the office. His entrance into the race for president comes after months of visits to primary states and appearances across the country. So why has he waited so long to make it official?
 
Walker's aides say the Republican will be filing the necessary paperwork Thursday, but his actual kickoff won't happen until July 13 in Waukesha.
