A new study from a non-profit agency ranks UW-Stevens Point and UW-Eau Claire among the top 50 schools in the nation in its outcome-based college rankings.

The study, performed by Educate To Career, analyzed data from more than 1,200 colleges. They ranked the schools based on the quality of the students when they entered college, the total costs related to attending that college and the outcomes of students when they entered the work force. UWSP came in 34th out of 50 and UW- Eau Claire came in 47th.

In  2012, UWSP had a 92 percent placement rate. That means 92 percent of the students that graduated that year either found jobs after graduation or went on to further schooling.
